Yoga Therapy (90-mins)
This is a one-on-one practice to meet your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues.
Using the wide range of yoga tools (postures, breath, meditation, chanting, visualization, ritual, mantra) to support your growth and awareness.
You receive a write-up of your session, and homework when appropriate.
Private or Semi-Private (75 -mins)
This is an opportunity to receive live instruction, either on your own or with a small group (up to 5 people) in my cozy, private, home studio in Bellingham, WA.
I create sequences that include somatic movement, challenging postures, breath work, and inspiring philosophy or poetry. I also take your requests!
Short Private Session, āsana only
This 60-minute session is an opportunity to have Cat look your specific, physical needs and address them through postures and breath work.
You may have a pose that eludes you, an issue you want to address or an injury or condition you’re learning to manage. This is best suited to folks who want a regular yoga practice.
Newcomer’s Special
3 Yoga Therapy Sessions within six weeks
Much of the first session is dedicated to reviewing and clarifying your situation. We build trust and begin to explore the parts that are ready to come forward. I give homework, as a practice. You begin to feel relief as you commit to your own healing.
In the second session, we track the effectiveness of the homework practice, including your willingness and ability to commit to this work. Ideally, we're able to go a bit deeper, building our trust and confidence. The home practice can then match the depth reached in the session. You feel more relief.
The third session can be that evidence we all seek: feeling better once could be a fluke; twice-felt relief might still be hard to trust, but the third time is what we're attuned to accept as truth. You begin to relax in the knowledge that you are healing, rebuilding, recovering.
“Cat has been a yoga therapist, teacher and friend to me over the years. As a yoga teacher, I have never had such a skilled and seasoned co-worker. I adore the depth of her classes and workshops. As a practitioner of Soma Structural Integration, her yoga therapy work compliments mine in a seamless and beautiful way.
She moves people into their bodies and through pain, trauma and suffering with grace and ease. I know personally because I have been on the mat with her, weeping buckets of tears and naming my suffering. I have sent my clients to her with outstanding and continuous results. Cat supports hearts to sing with more love!”

“Cat is someone who genuinely wants to support you and finding what you are looking for. Yoga therapy is an amazing balance between the two. You are able to learn more about your body and how it is all connected. The sessions I love the most come when Cat is able to push me with my yoga practice that in-turn supports another aspect of my life.”
