Package 1:

A Year of Transformation

This commitment, to a full year of healing, includes:
- 8 concurrent weekly sessions 
- 8 every-other weekly sessions 
- 6 monthly sessions
- A 15-30-minute weekly check in
- Recorded sessions for home practice.

All sessions are 75-minutes of yoga therapy or yoga instruction. Each includes a write up and homework.

Package 2:

New Beginnings

This package is for new clients only, is designed to get you support right away, and help you commit to self-awareness and self-care.

New Beginnings includes:

-3 yoga therapy sessions


These sessions are most effective if booked over three successive weeks, and must be used within five weeks of initial scheduling.

Package 3:

Instill a New Habit

Research currently shows that it takes somewhere between 21 and 66 days to instill a new habit.

What a great way to begin a new year!

This package is for new or established clients.

- 5-session package, and can be used over the course of up to 9 weeks.
